Our short course State meet is very early this year so January will be a busy competition month.

Everyone should plan to make all meets and all workouts during January as State is less than 2 weeks into February.

We will be hosting the first long course meet in our area in March.  Everyone will be needed to run this meet.

Plan your calendars accordingly and lets see if we can do better this year at STATE.
